I was very saddened to hear that Wendy passed away. We knew each other from high school in Trenton. She was a bubbly sweet person, a real people person. My sincerest condolences to her husband Colin.

It’s been a while but Wendy and I would run into each at the Metro parking lot every couple of years! We’d catch up with what was happening in our lives and were a support for each other during some trying times.

Thinking of you Colin. Be well.

Wendy was the cousin closest to me in age. Because we grew up across the country from one another, we weren’t able to spend much time together as children, but were lucky enough to reconnect as adults. It was wonderful to become reacquainted through email. (Thank you Internet!) My husband Ray and I spent a really fun few days hosted by Wendy and Colin in Toronto some years ago, leaving me with great memories. Sending our deepest sympathy to Colin, and to Fred, Rachel and all the family.

I knew Wendy back in the '80's and as soon as I saw her picture, I recognized the very special person I knew then. Her smile was radiant, and she always exuded warmth and good humour. I send you my condolences and have her sweet spirit in my heart.

She was our angel so generously giving my husband Lloyd her brother a kidney thus extending his life for 5 and a half years longer allowing our two granddaughters to know and love Poppa Lloyd...
