Bill was a great leader during his tenure at NAL. I was impressed when he foreseen the 90s recession coming and acted ahead to position NAL in the better shape to cope with the storm. He is really a great leader that we had missed.

My condolences to the Bradford family from a fellow Nalaconian. I still have a copy of the address Bill gave at an AGM imploring Quebecors to vote to remain as part of Canada. Also enjoyed a round of golf with him in Maui during a convention. May he rest in peace.
