GARDINER, William James
peacefully at home on Sunday, January 4, 2004 in his 71st year. Survived by his loving wife and friend Marie Gardiner, nee Dries-Dauphinais. Loving father to his son Shane Gardiner of Ottawa, daughter Kim Dunncliffe and her husband Ed of Burlington, son Scott Gardiner of Richmond, B.C., and stepfather to Mark Dries, Jon Dries and his fiancee Rebecca Felts, Amy Dries-Williams and her husband Darol. Adored by his grandchildren Cory Dunncliffe, Kristin and Tyler Dries, and Heather and Justin Williams. Predeceased by his parents William and Mabel Gardiner. Friends may call on Wednesday from 7 to 9 P.M. at the James A. Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James Street at Richmond, London where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, January 8th at 11:00 A.M. Cremation with interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged.
