HOUSTOUN, William Scobie (Veteran World War II, R.C.A.F.; Commercial Artist, Art Director, Teacher of Art and Design at Humber College; Owner of Tullamore Gallery; his paintings are in the Ottawa Archives and private collections in Canada and the United States)
At Brampton Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, August 2, 2005, William Scobie Houstoun, R.R.5, Caledon East, in his 92nd year, beloved husband of the late Lois Marjorie Campbell. Dear father and father-in-law of Penelope and Wayne Patton, Wendy and Frazer Torode, Beverley and Rainer Bosselmann, Donald William Houstoun, Nancy and Bill Hewson. Loving grandfather of Christopher and Scott Mullen; Kyla and Bryant Feeney, Corporal Kirk Bosselmann (United States Marine killed in action in Iraq, November 27, 2004); Melissa, Eric and Danielle Houstoun; Tiffany, Elizabeth, Jennifer and James Hewson. Cherished great grandfather of Mathew and William Houstoun. Dear brother of Lorna Mollison and predeceased by Reginald Houstoun, Nell Livingston and Donald Mackay Houstoun. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Thursday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 o'clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, August 5 at 2:30 o'clock. Followed by cremation. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
