WILLIAM FINLAY SAYNOR In Collingwood, Ontario on November 6, 2021, in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Marilyn for sixty-five years. Loving father of Catharine Saynor and Lindsay Spencer (David). Devoted grandfather of Jaime Orr (Le Van), Alanna Orr, Calla Spencer James (Brandon) and Michael Spencer (Ally). Loving great grandfather of William 'Liam' and Abigail James, and Emilia and Charlotte Spencer. William is survived by a sister, Ruth (Russell Bradley); sisters- in-law, Beverley and Evelyn, brothers, Douglas (Fran), Donald (Carol) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Jack, James, and Robert. William was the Founder and President of Saynor Electronics Ltd. He was a devout member of St. John's York Mills Anglican Church for over sixty-five years, and life member of the Anglican Foundation of Canada. A Celebration and Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St. John's York Mills Anglican Church, 19 Don Ridge Drive, Toronto at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021. Interment is at St. John's Churchyard. The family gratefully declines flowers and requests that any memorials be made to St. John's York Mills Anglican Church.
