May 20, 1953 - December 28, 2022 
 
With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Doris Toebes, with family by her side, at Georgetown hospital, on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Beloved wife of Henry Toebes for 45 years. Loving and cherished mom of Jenn (Mike) Clark, and Jodie Toebes. Devoted Gra to Kayden, Kayla, Ryerson, and Ryker. Sister of Dave Black (Dolores). Daughter of the late Dorothy and John Black. 
Doris was an inspiration to anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her and she will be missed dearly by so many friends and family. She was the best wife and mother anyone could ever ask for. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she will always be remembered as their treasured Gra.

Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Acton Legion Branch 197, 15 Wright Avenue, Acton,
on Saturday, January 21, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
