After graduating from Orangeville High School, she went on to receive her teaching degree in Toronto. I can´t imagine where to start. Betty was a wonderful influence to me as I grew up backing on to her and John´s farm. When I would visit (to ride ponies and hang out with her sons) she was always offering goodies and asking how I was doing. Later in life she would come into our family store and chat up my wife and ask about our family. She showed a genuine interest in everyone she talked to. Betty always put others ahead of herself, delivering food to those in need, and providing to anyone who was without. All of our lives were richer for knowing her. Blessings to get and her family, the world is richer to have had her in it.

Warmest regards,
Cliff, Debbie and Family
