Joyce Back Obituary
Joyce Margaret Back, of Georgetown and formerly of Toronto passed away suddenly at Georgetown Hospital on Sunday, January 29th in her 89th year.
Joyce will be remembered with love by dear friends Margaret and Alan, Pixie, Edna, goddaughter Sarah, husband Martin and their children Gordon and Emma. Joyce will also be deeply missed by her many friends in Toronto, England and those at Mountainview Residence and Terrace where she resided for the past two years.
Special thanks go to Dr. Alam, Dr. Bhella and to the wonderful staff at Georgetown Hospital and Mountainview Residence and Terrace for their compassion and loving care of our dear Joyce.
Friends will be received at the Turner and Porter "Yorke Chapel" funeral home (2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto) on Monday, February 6th at 3:00 p.m. for a service in the chapel. An interment service will take place in the spring at Georgetown's Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
