PARSONS, Barry Ward Peacefully, on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Hospice Peterborough, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Pauline for 53 years. Cherished Dad of Matthew (Jennifer). Legendary Grandpa to Jonathan and Abigail. Survived by his loving sister Kathy (Bruce Bodden). Pre-deceased by his twin brother Robert (Renate). Barry will also be sadly missed by his extended family and a host of friends, including his dog Buddy. A visitation will take place on Saturday, November 2nd, at CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH 463 Highland Road from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place on Sundaym November 3rd, at CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH at 2 p.m. with a reception to follow in the fellowship hall of the church. Interment of cremated remains will take place privately at Rosemount Memorial Gardens. Donations in Barry's memory may be made to Christ Lutheran Church or Hospice Peterborough.
