Bruce LEPPER Obituary

Bruce passed peacefully surrounded by family on November 24, 2022, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Much loved by his wife of 65 years, Lyn, daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Randy, son, Rob, grandchildren Amy, Jessica, and Tyler, and great-grandson, Rhett, and many family and friends. Bruce was a World Class songbird carver. The pinnacle of which was his 2010 Best in World Decorative Lifesize Wildfowl Award at the Ward World Carving Competition in Ocean City, Maryland, for a Rose Breasted Grossbeak. He loved to share his skills and knowledge mentoring others. He was active in the community of Millbrook, ON, on The Municipal Heritage Committee and Downtown Revitalization Committee. He will be greatly missed! A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

My sincere condolences go out to all of Bruce's family and friends. I was an avid collector of his work and so enjoyed chatting with Bruce at many carving shows over the years. R.I.P. Bruce.
