BELL, Cooper Roy Of Stirling, passed away at C.H.E.O, Ottawa, on Monday, October 22nd, 2018, at the age of 2, surrounded with the love of his family. Beloved son of Brad & Kristin Bell (nee Bowen). Cooper will be missed by his big brother Ashton, little sister Caitlyn and predeceased by his sister Atlanta. Loving grandson of Gary & Elaine Bell of Peterborough, Cody Bowen of Peterborough and Charles Bowen of Lakefield. Also lovingly remembered by his uncles and aunts; Heather Nisbett (Shawn), Gwen Bell (Theo), Candice Bright (Rick) and by his cousins; Hudson, Brooklyn, Evelyn, Remi, Dylan and Ethan. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service which will be held at Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville (613-968-2273 or 1-877-256-3688) on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to service.
