Suddenly at home on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Foster). Loving father of Debbie Martin (Gerald), Cody Baker, Fred Baker (Kerri-Lynn), Mary Baker and Kelly Pazdzior (Bonek). Poppa Dan of Rebecca, RJ, Ostin, Bronson, Sara, Jade, Riley, Lyndsey, Ella, Cassie and many great-grandchildren. Dearly missed by siblings Sheila Voutt (Bord), Nancy O'Connor, Brian (Cheryl) and Tim. A Legion Service will be held at the Millbrook Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 402 on Sunday November 7, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. Covid protocols will be in place and proof of vaccination will be REQUIRED. In memory on Dan, donation to the Legion Memorial Gardens, of which Dan was the founder, would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.millvalleyfuneral.com

He was my great poppa Dan when I heard about his passing on Tuesday the pain was unbearable I didn't want to believe it and I still don't want to. Not only was he my great poppa Dan he was my best friend. If I could see him one last time just to talk to him I'd say " poppa Dan I love you and I loved hanging out with you on the front porch and just talking to you and going to the creek with you or by myself with a walkie talkie talking to you just so you knew i was okay, I will miss you so much you were my best friend and I'm proud to call you my poppa Dan and I'm so glad I got to spend so much and build the bond we had I love you goodbye I'll miss you" I really loved my poppa Dan and he sure loved me. you were the best poppa Dan
