Darius William IRWIN

Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Friday, June 17, 2022. Darius Irwin, formerly of Ennismore in his 82nd year. Darius will be remembered by many as a farmer in the Ennismore area who was always ready to help others in his community. He enjoyed restoring and repairing tractors and cars and would often help others by custom combining and baling their fields. He is loved and missed by his wife Susan and step-sons Jason Gilbert-Knott (Robert) of Curve Lake, Ian Gilbert of Peterborough and Matthew Gilbert (Andrea) of Belleville. Also missed by his step-grandchildren Melissa, Liam, Callum, Philip and Noah. Remembered by Gina, Christa, Brenda, Aaron and Jody. Predeceased by his parents Edlorn and Ruth. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield on Sunday June 26, 2022 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday June 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Interment, Sandy Lake Cemetery, Lakehurst.
