Erith Elsie Geraldine Steele

At about 1:45 a.m. on December 24, 2021, the Lord called Gerrie Steele home to begin to enjoy the blessings and glories of His presence in the place that He has gone to prepare for all who have put their trust in Him. She passed peacefully at Pleasant Meadow Manor, Norwood in her 86th year. Daughter of the late Raymond and Elizabeth Lott. Beloved wife of Donald Steele of Peterborough. Loving mother of Diana (Bryan) Johnson and Marcia Steele and cherished grandmother of Aaron (Elizabeth) Johnson and Adrian Johnson all of Peterborough. Great-grandmother of Harvey, Sam and Franklin. Gerrie will be fondly remembered by her many extended family members. The family will receive friends at Edmison Heights Bible Chapel, 939 Hilliard Street, Peterborough on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from noon to 2:00 p.m. with the Funeral Service to be held at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel.
