Harold Bruce DAVEY

DAVEY, Harold Bruce Peacefully at home on August 17, 2019 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Maria (Elburg) for 72 years. Loving father of Bruce (Lynne) Davey, Sylvia Davey and predeceased by daughters Dorothy (Davey) Buckwell and Beverley (Davey) Warner. Harold is survived by sister Madeline (Tom) Harrington, and brother Everett (Gloria) Davey and predeceased by sister Doreen (John) Anderson. Cherished Opa and grandpa of Steven Davey (predeceased), Andrew (Anita) Buckwell, Rhonda (Daryll Burr) Davey, Shannon Davey, Joel Davey, Hilary Warner, Meredith Warner, Angus (Michelle) Warner, and five great grandchildren. Harold was a 31-year employee of General Motors and has been a long-time member of the Columbus Community United Church. Family and friends are invited to Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, Lindsay, Ontario on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 12-2 p.m. for visitation and a Celebration of Life service at 2 p.m. A reception will follow the service. Cremation has taken place.
