Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the age of 79. Dear brother of Laurie Lowes, Allen Lowes, Wilbert Lowes (Barb), Betty Purvis, Helen Rusaw, Kathy Lowes, and Richard Lowes (Lisa). Jacob will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents David and Norma (nee Brown). The family would like to thank the I.C.U. Staff, Palliative Care staff, Dialysis Unit and Nephrologists, Community Care, and the drivers for looking after our brother and driving him to dialysis three days a week and the other appointments he may have had. You will all be considered family to us. Friends will be received at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough, on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. in the Highland Park Chapel. Interment Rosemount Memorial Gardens. Reception will follow in the Highland Park Reception Centre. In memory of Jacob, donations to the Diabetes Association or the PRHC Dialysis Unit.
