We were lucky to have known John for nearly four decades. He and his wife Joan were great neighbors and friends during their time on Frater Ave. We’ll cherish the countless memories of John throughout the years.
A donation has been made to sick kids in John’s honor. Our sincerest condolences to Sean, Sally, and all the family at this difficult time.

So sorry to hear about the passing of John. We have extremely fond memories of both him and Joan. They were amazing neighbours and wonderful people. John was a fabulous resource for our gardening questions and was always quick to lend us a tool or give us a few tulip bulbs. I could also count on him for a heated discussion about politics! Condolences to the family in this time of sorrow.

John is a cousin on my Grandmother Coward's (nee Gray) side and I developed an online connection with John over the last couple of years. John was very generous in sharing knowledge of his family genealogy. Numerous games of Scrabble were played. My sincere condolences to Sally, Sean and Diana and families. My thoughts are with you at this particular time. May John Rest In Peace! Sincerely, Grant Coward.
