Peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Suzanne Marie Girard (nee Larabie). Loving father of Michelle Martignetti (Michael), Danielle Rylance (Josh) and Christopher. Grandfather of Zoe, Jack, Ivy and Ace. Brother of Vida Martin, Edward Girard (Donna) and Kenneth Girard (Sandra). Uncle of Kimberly, Sheila, Dennis, Denise, Ryan, Trevor and Greg. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass will be held in May of 2023. In memory of Lorne, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or Alternatives Community Program Services.
