Margaret KEATING Obituary
It is with sadness we announce the passing of our Mom peacefully on November 23rd in her 103rd year. Beloved wife of the late Vernon (2010). Loving mother of Dorothy King (Gordon), Marie L'Esperance (Gerry) of Victoria, B.C., Verna Traynor (Percy d. 2019), Jane Foley (Tom), Shawn (Predeceased), Shane (Kim), Corinne Marmara (Sam) of Bowmanville and Bryan of Victoria, B.C. Nanny will be missed by her 19 grandchildren and many great grandchildren along with her best friend Susie. Dear sister of Martin (Lorraine) and Leo (Lynn) Landry. Predeceased by parents Fabian and Dorothy Landry and siblings Vince (Connie), Dorothy, Marie, Cyril (Mary) and Joan (Bill). Sister-in-law to Terry and Teresa and Bill and Pat Keating and Dan Goodfellow. Funeral Mass will be held at ST. ALPHONSUS LIGUORI ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1066 Western Avenue Peterborough on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. In memory of Mom and in lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Peterborough or Kawartha Food Share would be appreciated. The family wishes to extend sincerest thanks to the staff at Canterbury Gardens and Dr. Jeff Neville for their kindness and care. Her quality of life was enhanced by the love you showed her everyday.
