We regret to announce the death of Patrick Wallwork, at the age of 49 years, on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at his residence, after a long illness. Pat was a truck driver who delivered freight all over the United States. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors, but his greatest thrill came from racing his stock car # 23 at the Peterborough Speedway. As his health started to deteriorate, Patrick enjoyed listening to podcasts.
Patrick is survived by his children: Kyle, Michael, Kira, Jordan, and Dylan; his mother, Maureen Wallwork; two siblings: Dan and Valerie Wallwork (Jay Bushey); as well as five grandchildren: Alaysia, Warren, Makenna, Kaiden and Nevaeh.
He was predeceased by his father, Robert. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Guenette Funeral Home on Friday, November 18, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. A Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 a.m. The family would greatly appreciate donations to Crohn's and Colitis Canada as expressions of sympathy. Pat was a great guy. We had computers as a common interest and attended a Linux convention together years ago. I know his family was very important to him and his loss must be very painful. I hope you find comfort in the people around you and each other to go on.

Gone way too soon. Rest in Peace, Pat.
