THOMPSON, Paul Henry ""Fifty"" Peacefully, at the P.R.H.C., on Sunday, July 1, 2019, after a lengthy illness in his 87th year. Paul, dearly beloved father of Charlene (Dave) McLauchlan, Lori Sandbach, and Fred (Marci). Beloved Gramps of Brad (Shayna), Michael (Becky), John, Randy (Jennifer), and Ritchie (Rebecca) McLauchlan, Terra (Brendan) Hall; Brian (Ashley), Connie, and Cory Sandbach, Shalena (Jordan) Marlor, and Elisha Thompson (Blake). Loved great-gramps of Gracie, Abby, Fergus, Barrett, Megan, Lincoln, and Ivory. Dear brother of Neil (Mary) and Bill (Mary) Thompson. Former husband of Beverly Thompson. Paul will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held at ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough, on Friday, July 5th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. If desired donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society would be appreciated.
