GAHLINGER, Adele Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of family on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Hospice Wellington at the age of 91. Married for 67 years to her loving and devoted late husband Karl (2014). Loving mother of Heidi Toffolo and Sylvia (Gary) Fiedler and cherished grandma of Natalie (Tylor), Eric, and Ian. Predeceased by her parents Wilhelm and Stephanie Senn, her siblings Margrit, Alice, Josie, Betty, Paul and Wilhelm (Willy) all of Switzerland. Adele's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. Parish prayers 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 9:20 a.m. followed by a procession to St. Mary's R.C. Church, 56 Duke St., Kitchener for a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Following the interment in Woodland Cemetery, a reception will take place at Conestoga Place, 110 Manitou Drive, Kitchener. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Carmel of St. Joseph in St. Agatha, St. Mary's R.C. Church, Hospice Wellington or the Canadian Red Cross would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
