Allan SMITH Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital on Monday, October 3, 2022 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Jean Renee (nee Travis) for over 63 years. Loving father of Michael Smith (Christine Dubue), Jeannine Edwards (Austin), Sean Smith (Lisa Hillion) and the late Stephen Smith. Survived by daughter-in-law Mandy Smith. Proud grandpa of Deanna, Mackenzie, Vergil (Aranea), Shayna, Alice, Sophie and Zachary. Son of the late Phillip and Dorothy Smith. Survived by his sister Dorothy Ann Grantham (late Donald). "Big Al" was very much a social butterfly, who loved to spend time with family and friends. Private cremation arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home (519) 749-8467. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
