Annette COLLINS Obituary

November 6, 1943 - December 7, 2022

Passed away peacefully on December 7, 2022. Predeceased by her parents, Esther Leona and Roy Frederick Fleischauer. Survived by her sister, Norene Brubacher (Bruce). Mother to Christine Orlik (Ed), Angie Harris (Justin). Grandmother to Anderson, Avery, and David Orlik and Ethan and Joshua Harris. Annette was a founding member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Kitchener. Annette enjoyed the fellowship of members and was involved in the choir, Beginnings Program, VBS program, to name a few. Annette will be missed by family and friends; however, she has now joined her heavenly family and friends. Thank you to all the staff at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Home for their gentle kindness and care. Annette's family will receive relatives and friends from 6 - 8 p.m. on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2022, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 322 East Ave., Kitchener. Interment Woodland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
