Barbara SABILA

SABILA, Barbara (nee Moe) 1922 - 2017 Passed away peacefully at Stirling Heights with her family by her side on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 95 years of age. Predeceased by her beloved husband Adam Joseph Sabila in 1993. Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her children Nancy (John 1980) Munch, Robert (Rose-Marie) Sabila, and Douglas (Barbara) Sabila. She will be missed by her grandchildren Mike, Kevin, Jennifer, Geniene, and Jeremy, and 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Rose Moe, brother Roy Moe, and great- grandson Tanner Sabila-Azzopardi. Barb, along with her husband, operated Valens General Store before many years as owners of the Galt Tent and Awning. Special thanks for the loving care provided by the staff in Blair House at Stirling Heights. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street N., Cambridge. Funeral Mass will be on Monday, September 11, 2017 at St. Clement's Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge at 9 a.m. Interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to Stirling Heights Alzheimer's unit would be appreciated by the family.
