Caleb WEEKS Obituary

WEEKS, Caleb Andrew Passed away unexpectedly, as a result of an accident while serving on a missions trip in Guatemala, on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the age of 19 years. Caleb will forever remain in the hearts of his parents, Drew and Julianne, his sisters Rachel and Grace, his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends and his church family at Koinonia. Friends are invited to share their memories of Caleb with his family during visitation at Koinonia Christian Fellowship, 850 Sawmill Road, Bloomingdale on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. A memorial service to celebrate Caleb's life will be held at the church on Saturday, May 5 at 3:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the church. Condolences for the family and donations to the Caleb Weeks Memorial Fund c/o Koinonia Christian Fellowship may be arranged through the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445
