Catherine Jackman Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Catherine (Kate) (Cahill) Jackman, formerly of Bell Island, NL, announce her passing at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener on Friday, December 3, 2021, at the age of 73 years.
She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her partner John Faimon, children Johnny, Stephen, and Reggie (Karen). Sisters, Regina (Larry) Warren, Judy (Eugene) Melay, Marie (Fred) Barrett, Theresa Edwards, Josephine (Peter) Murphy, and brother Francis (Sheila) Cahill, and special friend Lori, and stepchildren Robert Faimon and Marcela Thatcher, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and the Jackman Clan. Catherine was predeceased by her parents Martin and Gertrude Cahill, brothers-in-law Frank Edwards and Eric Hibbs. With special thanks to the dedicated doctors and nurses at Grand River and Freeport Hospitals.
Cremation has already taken place. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church, Cambridge on Saturday, December 11, at 10 a.m. with an inurnment to take place at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a diabetic association of one's choice.
