Corey Jay MAYHEW

MAYHEW, Corey Jay Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Lisaard House Hospice, Cambridge at the age of 41. Corey will be forever missed by his wife, Alexandria (Ali) Nowak, his creative and kind daughter, Ashley Mayhew, his parents, Janice and Dale Mayhew, and his sister, Courtney Mayhew (Travis Anderson). He will be lovingly remembered by his Grandma, Effie Fleet, and his many aunts, uncles, cousins and their families. He will also be fondly remembered by Heinz and Gerda Nowak, Karin Nowak (Brad Dargel) and Riley and Carson. A huge thank you to Dr. Dicu and all staff on Floor 6AB Grand River Hospital and at the Grand River Cancer Centre for their dedication and kindness. Thanks also to Care Partners and Lisaard House. Corey loved the cottage, campfire stories, and cooking. His smile and hugs will be remembered by all who knew him. A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Concordia Club, 429 Ottawa Street South, Kitchener.
