BUHLMAN, Dave Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Grand River Hospital on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Kathy for 57 years. Loving father of Mike (Christine), Cheryl (Steve Mallory), Steve (Lori-Anne) and Chris (Karen). Proud and devoted ""Papa"" of Alex, Sarah, Leah, Julia, Liz, Emma and great-grandfather of Amara. Dear brother of Helen Stillway (George), Vivian Watson (Bob) and Mary Knechtel (Ken). Dave was a member of the RCAF, former employee of Electrohome, retired from Budd Automotive and a member of the Probus Club. Dave's family will receive relatives and friends from 5 - 8 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2019 for a celebration of his life at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener. Memories of Dave will be shared at 7:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Mennonite Central Committee or Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
