GOODWIN, David ""Dave"" Charles It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of David ""Dave"" Charles Goodwin on May 11, 2019 at Clinton Public Hospital. Loving husband to Diane (nee MacDonald). Beloved father of Ben (Sarah) and Joel. Son of Harry and late Loretta Goodwin (nee Boucher). Devoted Papa to Shaelynn. Dave will be missed by his siblings Jim (Donna) and Mary-Jean (John). Wonderful uncle to Crystal, Jessica, Marcus and Daniel. Dave had a long and impactful career at the Region of Waterloo and made many lasting friendships there. Dave loved to spend time laughing with friends at the trailer in Bayfield and spending time with family. He was known for his playful, kind and teasing nature. Dave will be greatly missed by all of his loved ones. Friends are invited to join the family on Thursday, May 16th from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Coutts Funeral Home and Cremation Centre located at 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge, ON. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 17th at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with a reception to follow.
