Cherished Mom of Penny (Jim Raine) and Susan (Murray Mold).
Proud Grandma to Rebecca, Jessica, Trevor, Molly and Jimmy.
Dear sister to Alice Elvy. Survived by her brother-in-law David Brenneman and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her sisters Betty (Randy Hertzberger), Reta (Harry Brandon) and Miriam Brenneman.
Mom was a faithful member at Faith Lutheran Church and proud volunteer at Grand River Hospital.
Private family service and interment at Parkview Cemetery.
In Mom's memory donations to Grand River Hospital would be appreciated and may be made through www.grandmemory.ca. Arrangements entrusted to George Darte Funeral Chapel, St. Catharines.

Wendy Priebe and Gerald Ueberschlag

Dad, Gerald Ueberschlag and I, Wendy Priebe were saddened to hear about your mom passing. Dad said to me that your parents were both lovely people. Dad always respected your mom and dad for their friendship.
Mom, Marlene Ueberschlag passed away August 4, 2020 and dad still lives in the house we were raised in. Unfortunately, dad's memory is poor so we've hired people plus LHIN helps.
I personally remember what a prim and proper lady your mom was showing her care for others. I am the youngest and Lynn is my sister. I remember you two being so cute at The Record parties. The Record crew had a special connection that they still do.
May God grant you both, along with your families peace during this difficult time.

We were saddened to hear that Dee passed away. Dad said to me, both your parents were lovely people. There are many happy memories spent with your parents, and more recently with your mother. The Record crew had a special connection and still do. Mom, Marlene Ueberschlag passed away August 4, 2020. Dad still lives in his home where we were raised. Unfortunately, memory affects dad's daily life so we've hired people to help him.
Your mom will be missed by many. May God bring you peace during this difficult time.
I'm the youngest, and Lynn Is my sister.

Dear Penny and Susan and families:
Louise and I are saddened by the news of the passing of your mom, a truly wonderful, caring person.
I worked at The Record for many years alongside your dad and Louise and I had the pleasure of enjoying many social gatherings with both your mom and dad and Marlene and Gerry Ueberschlag.
Louise and I will keep both your families in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Rest assured, “Dee” is now reunited with Vern and they are enjoying Heaven together.
