Doris SONNEMANN Obituary
SONNEMANN, Doris (nee: Lamers) Passed away peacefully at the family farm, surrounded by the love of family on Monday, October 15, 2018 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of Ernst Sonnemann of 53 years. Loving mother John (Kalena), and Chris (Tracy). Cherished Oma to Kendra, Dylan, Maya and Jamie. Loved sister of Manfred Lamers (Cathy), Juergen Lamers (Marion), Ursula Thoene (the late Rolf), Egon Lamers (Marianne). Predeceased by parents Wilhelm and Elisabeth (nee Schulz) Lamers and sister Ingrid in childhood. The family of Doris Sonnemann will receive relatives and friends from 11:30 - 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 519-749-8467. The memorial service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday followed by a reception. Private cremation. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
