Ernst SCHWARZ

SCHWARZ, Ernst Richard (Lynda) Schwarz and Cindy Coombes (Joel Falk) announce the peaceful passing of their father, Ernst Schwarz, on December 19, 2016 at the age of 73. Ernst was born in Germany and immigrated to Canada in 1963 where he was a self-employed bricklayer for most of his life. Ernst was a private man who greatly loved and was extremely proud of his family. His annual Father's Day BBQ was always one of the high points of the year, with lots of swimming and laughter as he was surrounded by his loved ones. Ernst is predeceased by his parents, Anton and Theresea, and brother Klaus (Hedy) Schwarz. He is fondly remembered by his 4 surviving siblings, Victor Schwarz, Else (late Manfred) Sengera, Erika Gollinger and Hansi (Hedwig) Schwarz, including his former spouse, Walli (John) Kabucis and family. He was a loving Opa to Tabitha Schwarz (Stu Bechthold), Alisha Schwarz (Logan Morel), Nick Coombes (Kathy Duong), and Amanda Coombes; and Groß-Opa to great-granddaughter, Evelyn Bulawa, and a new great-grand- daughter-to-be in March 2017. He will be dearly missed by his many family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lisaard House in Cambridge was Ernst and his family's wish as they provided peace and comfort in every way possible to Ernst and his family during his final journey.
