I have very fond memories of both Fred and his wife, especially for the many breakfasts I shared, along with Glen Walker, on the first days of the Waterloo Midget Gold Puck Hockey tournaments. Fred was a very caring and giving man, who shared his love and gratitude towards hockey in Waterloo. I will never forget him, his wide, and the two sons.
