At the Brantford General Hospital on December 22, 2022, at the age of 74. Predeceased by his parents Marius and Froukje Van Woerkom and his wife Christine Spooner. Loving father Annemarie Silverdale (Murray-deceased), Gerrit Van Woerkom, Jenneke Van Woerkom (Tom Schmit), Corrie Van Woerkom (Peter Caustance), and stepfather to Debbie Hammer (Perry). Proud grandfather of Michael, Allison, Ethan, Morgan, Bradley, Emma, Harley, Brittany (Peter), and Brendan. Dear brother of Jenneke Malipaand and Teun Davidse. Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 2723 Victoria St. N, Breslau, on Sunday, January 8, 2022, from 12:00 noon until time of Memorial Service to be held in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m., followed by a reception.
