Gregory DENNISON Obituary

Greg passed away at the Freeport Palliative Care Unit on Thursday, December 2nd. Predeceased by his mother, Beulah Dennison. He is greatly missed by his father Gary Dennison (Ann), his brother Steven and Steven's daughter Cassidy, cousins Lisa (Geoff), Corrine (Desi), Calvin and niece Jazmine. He will also be missed by his many friends Gord, Rak, Doug, Woody, Ken, Mary Lou, Robin and Kim. Greg was a traveller and a sportsman (cyclist, runner and hiker). He hiked the west coast trail on two occasions, the mountains in Tibet and India as well as most countries in Europe and the Middle East. His passing was aided by his roots in Christianity and Buddhist teachings. He sat in many Buddhist retreats in several parts of Canada and the US. He was a chef and a true foodie. The family will meet together privately to celebrate his life.

Greg was high school friend. He was so much fun and an integral part of our lives. He came out east and lived with me for a time and then headed out into diverse life. He was such a great, fun friend and missed by us all.

I only met Greg on a couple of occasions but remember sitting with his heartbroken mother when he was missing in Nepal!
So young! Sorry for your loss!
