I remember Chief Harold Basse I had the pleasure of meeting him. He was a great down to earth man I greatly respected him as a person and a police officer

Harold Basse, twenty years has gone quickly. Harold was respected and held in the highest esteem by everyone at the parole board. I recall the days he personally cooked us lunch. He had a very high work ethic and had a deep insight into the human condition. I personally respected him for the very caring and down to earth side of his character. It seems like yesterday.
