Ivan Matic Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at the age of 90. Today he is home with the God he so faithfully served. He mourned many deaths in his life and he's finally reunited with all those we lost. Beloved husband of the late Marija (2007), who he married on November 1, 1951.
Loving father of the late John (2013; Ann) and Tony (Blazenka). Proud Didi of Jennifer, John, Nancy and Janet (Aaron) and great-Didi of Theodore.
Ivan was born in Croatia and immigrated to Canada in 1956.
Ivan was a member of Holy Family Croatian Church.
A private family service was held at Holy Family Croatian Catholic Parish with Fr. Miro Grubisic officiating. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467.
