Jeffrey SCHAEFER Obituary

SCHAEFER, Jeffrey Passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Lisa. Loving father to Andrew (Jill), Kristin and Patrick (Stevie). Cherished grandfather to Dylan. Will be missed by his faithful four legged companion Oscar. Dear brother to Wendy, Tami, Jamie (Leslie) and Chris (Jeanine). Survived by his parents Armand Schaefer and Bernice Astley (Neil). Jeff will be missed by his large extended family including aunts, uncles, cousins and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Jeff's family will receive relatives and friends from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A memorial Mass will be held at St. Anthony Daniel R.C. Church (29 Midland Dr., Kitchener) on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society - Ontario Division would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
