Passed away December 4,
2022 at the age of 48.
Jeremy was a gentle soul with
a kind heart and always did
whatever he could to help
those around him.
Lovingly remembered by his
parents, Dan and Ellen (Gary),
brother Justin, and many
other friends and relations.
A Celebration of Life will be
held in the spring.
