John Fisher Obituary

Passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Grand River Hospital at the age of 67. Loving husband of 29 years to Kim Fisher (Butler). Beloved son to Kemp and the late Shirley Fisher (nee Fawcett). Treasured son-in-law to the late Jack and Karen Butler (nee Psutka). Dear brother to Janet Fisher and her Husband Ken Hines, and Robert Fisher and his fiancé Jamie Cull, and brother-in-law to Krista Reiber (nee Butler) and her husband Craig Reiber, Kelly Butler, and Terry Butler. Cherished uncle to Kaitlyn Hines and her husband Justin Fantauzzo, David Hines and his wife Ailene Campbell and their daughter Claire, Max Reiber and his wife Kayla Reiber (nee Meyer) and their son Brooks, Melissa Reiber and her fiancé Dimitri Bakopoulos, Megan Reiber and her fiancé Matt Courchesne, Jackie Nelson, Alexis Nelson, Caitlyn Nelson, and Kaylie Nelson. Will be missed by his furry companion, Riley. John retired from the Canada Post after 15 years of service. He was an avid Green Bay Packer Fan and a longtime member of Golf North. As per John's wishes, cremation has taken place and celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467.
