John HILL Obituary

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Innisfree House at the age of 69. Loving father of Alexandra (Dave). Beloved son of Mary and the late Fred Hill. Dear brother of Bonnie (Carl) and the late Patrick. John was an avid sports fan, serial dog lover and wonderful friend. Cremation has taken place. John's family will receive relatives and friends from 12 - 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Service in the chapel on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 1 p.m. Reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).

John was a friend of mine for over 50 years we went through great times good times and some not so great times. I have enough memories we shared together to write a book. Every time we got together was an adventure we explored everything together music,sports, politics and life.
When I was down, he brought me up, when life was hard, he made it a little less hard.
You will be forever missed old friend..
