Jose LINDO Obituary
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of family on Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023, at Freeport Hospital at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Theresa Lindo (2016). Loving father of David Lindo and his wife Christine. Cherished grandpa of Chelsea and Owen. Dear brother of Manuel Lindo (Isabel) and the late Maria Sousa (Enio). Jose will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Jose's family will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 - 5:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 29 Blueridge Avenue, Kitchener. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Grand River Hospital Foundation - Freeport would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).

I remember sitting with Joe at Sunday 11:00 mass.We had some good chuckles before the Mass.I'll miss that.
