SWING, Joyce (nee Hoskin) Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Jerry for 57 years. Loving mother of Shelley (Michael) Douglas, Scott and Steve (Diane). Cherished grandma of Ashley (Brian), Evan, Brian, Nia, Kayla and Ben and great-grandma of June Joy. Survived by her sisters, Judy and Jan. Predeceased by her siblings, Betty and Jim. Joyce influenced many lives in her career as a kind and caring Kindergarten and Grade 1 teacher - primarily at Sunnyside, Franklin and Wilson schools. She loved travelling and spending time with her family in B.C., Cayman Islands and Kitchener. Joyce's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2019. Please join us for a Celebration of Life on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 3:30 p.m., where we will have a time of worship, fellowship and tears while sharing joyful memories together.
