Kenneth Clarke Obituary

Passed away at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute on Monday, January 24, 2022, at the age of 91 years. Survived by his sons Bruce (Karen Clark) and Jeff (Annikka Snow), grandson Oliver Snow (Saja Edwards) and niece Gwen Schermaul (Joe). Predeceased by his beloved wife Marna, his brothers Stanley and Gordon and sister Arlie Schmitt.
Ken was born in 1930 in Proton Township to Fred and Eva Clarke. Ken married Marna Mills in 1956. They raised their family in the Lexington neighbourhood in Waterloo, Ontario. Ken worked at Sutherland and Schultz in Kitchener for thirty years and enjoyed a refined retirement for thirty years after that. Ken passed peacefully in his sleep after a short illness.
Special thanks to all the people who have helped and cared for Ken, including the wonderful folks at New Horizons Tower, the Toronto General Hospital cardiac centre, and the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute.
Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Ken's life will be held at a later date.

I love the photograph of Ken. And the beautiful writing Karen did of his imagined reunion with those he loved. But I know he´s also leaving those he loved. Best wishes and best journey Ken. Clearly you will be missed.
