Maria Verissimo Obituary

Passed away peacefully, with her husband by her side at Parklane Terrace, Paris, on Friday, December 9, 2022, at the age of 85. Loving and devoted wife of Jose. Maria will also be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, Godchildren, extended family, and friends. Predeceased by her parents Manuel and Maria Avelar. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, where family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Rosary will be recited at 8p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, Elgin St., S., Cambridge, on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount View Cemetery.
