Michael SCHERTZER Memoriam
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at St Mary's Hospital on Tuesday December 21, 2021 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Westenhoefer) Schertzer for over 61 years. Loving father of Kevin (Heather) Schertzer, Al Schertzer, Rick (Kerri) Schertzer, and Brian Schertzer. Loved Grandpa/Papa of Kara, Kyle, Braeden (Christina), Brittany, Derrick and Jacklynn and his great-grandchildren Taylon, Novalee and Jackson. Predeceased by his beloved parents Maria and Georg Schertzer. Also lovingly remembered by his brothers John (Linda) Schertzer and George (late Elaine) Schertzer. A small private family graveside service will be held at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. If desired, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or St Mary's Hospital.
