Patricia passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at the age of 71 years.
A celebration of Patricia's life will take place on Sunday, June 12th, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Moose Lodge: 655 Wabanaki Drive in Kitchener.
Those who knew Patricia well are encouraged to join the family in remembrance and celebration of her beautiful life with music, dance, conversation, and reflections.
