Robert SEXTON

Rob passed away as a result of a cancer and a pulmonary embolism. He was surrounded by the love of family at Grand River Hospital and died just 2 weeks before his 50th birthday. Beloved husband of Lisa (nee Gazzola) Sexton for 23 years. Adored father of Jacob, Emma and Nate. Dear son of Larry Sexton (Jo-Ann). Dear brother of Dr. Tracy Sexton and uncle to her daughter Jennifer. Predeceased by his cherished mother Gayle (2003). Dear son-in-law of John and Deanna Gazzola. Dear brother-in-law of Mike (Lynn), Matt, Greg (Amy), dear uncle of Matthew, Tyler, Luke, Emily; Ariss, Bruno, Frankie; Sam, Kate and Charlie. Rob will also be missed and remembered by his oldest and dearest friends Brad Mitchell and Julie and Art White. Rob's family was his world! Jacob, Emma and Nate were his everything and his love will live on in them. Rob's family will receive relatives and friends from 4-7 pm on Monday and Tuesday at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 519-749-8467. Due to Covid-19 Protocols, a private Funeral Mass will take place at 10:30 am on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church, 49 Blueridge Avenue, Kitchener.
