KASTER, Rodger Peacefully passed away at the Grand River Hospital on Friday, July 13, 2018 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Beloved husband to Brenda and loving dad to Lorrie (Dave) Gustaw, Sarah (Shawn) Davidson, and Daniel (Amy) Kaster. Grampa will be sadly missed by Mitchell, Madalyn, Zachary, Aaron, Tyson, Audrina and Lincoln. Survived by his brother Ronald (Donna-Kaye) Kaster, and his sister Kathryn (Bill) Wells. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Esther Kaster. Family and friends will be received at the Benton St. Baptist Church, 90 Benton St., Kitchener (near Charles St.) on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 12 noon - 1:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Benton St. Baptist Church at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at the Memory Gardens Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 2723 Victoria St. N., Breslau (519) 904-0400. The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff of the Grand River Hospital Oncology department and the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre for their care and compassion.
